How Arctrieval Works

Stage 1:

Enter your practice's record request information into Arctrieval instead of paper logs, notes in a chart or unprotected computer files. Arctrieval provides a secure and redudant repository for medical correspondence information that is available from any Internet connection.


Stage 2:

Place a "Request Records" button on your website so patients or any 3rd party can electronically submit record requests. If you don’t have a website, you can send out an emails that still enables anyone to submit their record request online. With Arctrieval managing the entire release process, your staff is freed up to focus on patient care and not processing paper.


Stage 3:

Use the built-in billing module to recover the time and expense it takes to fulfill a medical records request. The Arctrieval system creates invoices that are based on the legal guidelines for each state. Submitting invoices, payment collections and processing is all performed for your practice by Arctrieval.
